Dr. LaVerne Barnes is a family practice physician specializing in holistic Family Medicine, focusing on the mind, body, spirit connection. She is also a Health and Wellness Coach and practicing family physician at Family Christian Health Center (FCHC) in Lynwood, IL since 2016 where she wears many hats but currently serves as the Director of Strategic initiatives. Dr. Barnes is also a Speaker, Writer, Teacher, and Transformational coach who help Healthcare Leaders practice total wellness by teaching strategies that contribute to life-work harmony focusing on interactive lifestyle modification including, self-care, mental, physical, and emotional health. Dr. LaVerne will present life Lessons on how to live intentionally in an unintentional world. This motivational and transformational talk will highlight self-care modalities that will prevent or alleviate physical unrest as well as set you on track for purposeful living.
